We have successfully updated the changes relating to 2 Factor Authentication. Now, you’ll be able to login to your trading account with only 1 question for 2 Factor Authentication i.e “Year of birth (yyyy)”.
This change will automatically reflect in TradeSmart Desktop and Web Trader. However, for the TradeSmart Mobile Application you might need to update the Sine mobile application to the latest version available from Play Store or App Store.
You are hereby requested to check the updated changes for your trading account immediately to avoid any inconvenience at the start of market. You may also reset your 2FA password at any time using below method:
- TradeSmart Mobile and Web Trader :- Please go to Log in Page >> Reset 2FA. Please enter the User id, PAN Card Number and Email id. Please log in to the trading application once you get the message as “User reset Successfully”.
- TradeSmart Desktop Application :- Please go to Login Page >> Forgot Password >> Reset 2FA. Please enter the User id, PAN Card Number and Email id. Please log in to the trading application once you get the message as “User reset Successfully”.
