In case you face any error while transacting online, please check the following approaches.

Approach 1:

We recommended having the online transactions through latest version of the browsers.
Ex: a) Google Chrome with latest version of 45
b) Internet Explorer with version 8 and above.

If you are using Internet Explorer then you need to follow few steps as mentioned below that will increase the success rate of your online transaction.

Step 1:
Open your Internet Explorer, go to Tools and then, click on Internet options,

Step 2:
In the Internet Options window, click on the Advanced tab. Under settings, scroll down to the security section.

Step 3:
In the security option, tick on all “Use TLS” & untick  “Use SSL 3.0” & “Use SSL 2.0”IE Security

Approach 2:

Most importantly, once you authorize your transaction you’ll see the following window. If you haven’t seen it, wait for a few seconds till you see the window. Once you see the below window, click on the “Close” button at the bottom of that page. This will ensure that your transaction is processed completely & the funds are updated in your trading account.IE close window

Failing to which, the funds might not get updated instantly in your trading account.

This is the main reason we get maximum queries from clients of funds had not being updated instantly into their trading account.

Not got the credits still?

In case of unsuccessful transaction, the funds might be with our payment gateway service provider “ATOM” or with the banker. They both had to reconcile & then it gets settled. All such unsuccessful transaction will be processed within 2 working days after the reconciliation is done from ATOM.

NOTE: Above changes are recommended only for online transactions.
