Transfer shares without hassle. In this article, we will walk you through the simple process of transferring the shares from TradeSmart demat account to another Demat account.
Follow the offline share transfer procedure outlined below:
- Add the beneficiary details in CDSL “Easi” login. Learn how to add a beneficiary here.
- Once your beneficiary is added and verified, fill the DIS (Delivery Instruction Slip) copy. Learn how to fill DIS here. If you haven’t received a DIS booklet during account opening, please raise a ticket to request one.
- Attach the client master copy of the demat account where the shares are to be transferred
- Courier the duly filled DIS and the client master copy to the following address.

Please note,
- In one DIS, a maximum of 5 stocks can be mentioned.
- If you wish to transfer more than 5 stocks, kindly courier us a blank signed DIS copy and the signed Annexure copy mentioning the number of stocks to be transferred.
- If you want us to add the beneficiary on your behalf, please courier us the duly filled beneficiary addition Annexure copy, dully filled and signed DIS copy and client master copy. Once we add, you would receive an email to confirm the addition of beneficiary request. Click the link, process the request by entering OTP.
