Bharat Highways InvIT IPO Allotment Status: Here’s How To Check Status And Latest GMP

The book-built IPO for Bharat Highways InvIT is valued at Rs 2,500.00 crores. This is a completely new 25 crore share offering.

The subscription period for the Bharat Highways InvIT IPO began on February 28, 2024, and ended on March 1, 2024. On Monday, March 4, 2024, the allocation for the Bharat Highways InvIT IPO is anticipated to be completed. The BSE and NSE will host the Bharat Highways InvIT IPO listing, which is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

The pricing range for the Bharat Highways InvIT IPO is ₹98 to ₹100 per share. An application must have a minimum lot size of 150 shares. Retail investors are obliged to invest a minimum of ₹15,000. For both sNII and bNII, the minimum lot size investment is ₹210,000 for 14 lots (2,100 shares) and ₹1,005,000 for 67 lots (10,050 shares).

The book running lead managers of the Bharat Highways InvIT IPO are ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Bank Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, and IIFL Securities Ltd. The registrar of the issue is Kfin Technologies Limited.

Here’s how you can check the allotment status of Bharat Highways InvIT IPO: 

Step 1: Go to the BSE website. 

Step 2: Choose ‘Equity’ and then the issue name from the selection menu.

Step 3: Enter your application number as well as your PAN card number and press ‘Search’.

You can also follow a similar procedure to check the allotment status on the Registrar’s website: 

Step 1: Go to the Kfin Technologies Limited website. 

Step 2: Select the IPO name by clicking on ‘Company Selection’.

Step 3: Input your PAN, application number, DP/Client ID, or account number/IFSC number and click on ‘Search’. 

If the details are input correctly, the status will appear only after allotment. The equity shares are expected to be credited to successful investors’ demat accounts on March 05, 2024

Bharat Highways Infrastructure Investment was founded with the purpose of acquiring, overseeing, and investing in a portfolio of Indian infrastructure assets. Under the SEBI InvIT  Regulations, the Trust is permitted to conduct the operations of an infrastructure investment trust.

The company’s portfolio comprises of seven highways in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Punjab that are all run on a HAM basis. These roads are owned and managed by the Project SPVs, which are presently completely owned by GRIL, and are operated and maintained in accordance with concession rights granted by the NHAI.
