2FA questions are the authentication questions that are being asked while you login into your trading terminals. 2 questions are being replaced with only one question. This question will be your year of birth by default. Ex: If your date of birth is 27th November 1980 then 2FA authentic answer will be 1980.

Whenever you login, this question is being asked to you for authentication as per the SEBI norms. In case you want to reset:

  • Sine mobile/Web: Go to Login page > Reset 2FA. Please enter the User id, PAN Card Number and Email id. Please log in to trading application once you get the message as “User reset Successfully”.
  • Nest Trader/web: Go to Login page > Forgot Password > Reset 2FA. Please enter the User id, PAN Card Number and Email id. Please login to trading application once you get the message as “User reset Successfully”
