Important Note:

  1. In case there is any clearing holiday, your payout request will be delayed by one more day.
  2. Please note, no payout will be processed on 2nd and 4th Saturday.

      Hello Anand,
      The amount of Rs 15000 was credited to your account and on 15th Sept 2023, the same amount of payout got processed on account of monthly settlement. Request you to please check your primary bank account, you may have received the amount.

      You might have sold some shares on 24th July whose settlement shall take place on T+2 days i.e on 28th July (Excluding Saturday and Sunday). After that your funds will be considered as clear balance and you can take the payout after 28th July.

      Towards Clear Balance usually refers to the balance which is yet to be settled by the exchange. Ex: If you sell a stock on Monday then you receive the amount from the exchange on Wednesday (if no holidays in between). Till then the amount will be in clearance. Also, please let us know where did you get this status.

      Your payout was already processed on 29th May 2020, Kindly check your back office ledger for the confirmation. You can check the payout status on the same login through which you place the request. For e.g If you have placed payout request from BOX back office then you can see the payout status under payout section. If you have requested from trading terminal then you shall see the status under Transfer Status.

      Hello Bivash,
      Since you transferred 20k from Atom payment gateway, it will take 1-2 days for the funds settlement. You can place payout request only after the settlement of funds. However, you can use this amount from trading purpose. In this case, you transferred on 18th and settlement was on 22nd. Hence, the amount was not visible under the withdrawable field. We would suggest you to place your payout request from Sine mobile app or wait till tomorrow to get the funds updated in the back office BOX.

      Request you to place your payout request from BOX back office before 7:00am in the morning from Monday to Friday. Request received after 7:00am will be processed on next trading day. Please note, payout requests are not processed on Saturdays. Based on this criteria, your latest payout is been processed and you would get the same by today.

      We do have same day payout system. You may place your payout request before 7:00am from Monday to Friday, you would get funds on the same day. After 7:00am, request will be processed the next day. In case you have any issue, please share with us, we would be glad to help you out.

      The figure it shows is correct. You sold some value of stock on 9th. As per the exchange settlement cycle, you will get this money from exchange on T+2 trading days. i.e. You will get money from exchange on 14th February. You may place your payout request on or after 14th Feb, considering 13th is the exchange holiday.

      Hope you had placed your payout request on 4th October morning. All payout received till 5pm will be processed on same day after 5pm. Since you have linked ICICI bank, you got the credit on the same day evening. In case of other bank other than ICICI, you would have received on 5th morning.

      Since currency market closes in the evening at 5:00pm, we process payout in the evening after the billing is done at around 6:00pm. This NEFT will be processed in the first cycle of RBI on next day morning, around 8:30am. Generally NEFT transactions would take 3-4 hours from the RBI cycle, to get credited to your account.

          The payout requests placed after 7am, will be processed on next day. You had placed payout at 2pm on 13th Jan, 2020. Hence, the payout is processed on 14th Jan, 2020.       If you have placed payout from BOX, go to My profile and click on edit option. It will give you Modify or Cancel option. Kindly note that your request can be cancelled/modified only if the status is in “Pending”. If the status is in “Processed” then you cannot cancel/modify the request. Kindly share your client code and the payout amount, we will check whether the request is placed from trading software/back office(BOX)/web-based portal.
