Please install the below software into your computer.

Once it is downloaded, please click on “Run” option and follow the installation procedure.
You get an icon of “E-hastakshar” on your desktop. If not, please go to C:/>>Programs & files>>eHastakshar Verify Utility>>Application>>Right click on eHastakshar Verify Utility>>Send to>>Desktop. You get eHastakshar Verifty Utility Shortcut on your desktop.
Double click on that icon. Now, you need to select the FTIL file location from the browse button. Put your user ID in small letters. Ex: y11111. Put your password as your pan card number in capital letters.
Now, you can open FTIL file.

I have installed ehastakshar by following steps. after installation i browsed file entered client id and password and the and clicked on verify. its taking too much and not opening. not been able to see my contract note please help me out. my client id is YDLA169.
You might have received two attachments on your contract note email. One is FTIL and another one is HTML. You are required to open only HTML file. FTIL is just a supporting file. In case you face any issue in opening HTML, please let us know.
My id is YRJS18. On 04/05/2017 while trying to login it shows choose your image and questions and answer.My ID image was also missing.Wheres as till 03/05/2017 everithing was ok. Why it happened.Till now I am unable to login
As per your discussion with one of our executive it seems that you have completed FATCA Declaration process. In this case your ID will get reset. Hence, you were asked to set your login credentials again.

User ID is the ID that starts from “Y”. You may refer your registered email ID in case you opened an account with us.
