Hi tem, my is id YWBR98 because of office obligation I have to close my account,and when I trying to close my account, it is getting rejected again and t because of signature mismatch and the signature provided by you guys have my middle name incorrect which I do not believe has been filled by me.So kindly advise urgently as my office is chasing daily to close the account.

Kindly login to BOX back office and go to My Profile section. Beside your brokerage plan there is an edit option given. Click on edit and follow the procedure to change the brokerage plan. You may also refer our knowledge base article to know the procedure to change brokerage plan.
