      We understand about your concern. If you trade only in derivatives then you can keep the trading account and close the demat account only. No AMC will be changed to the trading account. If you still wish to close the account then please login to BOX and go to My profile. You would find an option to close your account online.

    DON’T PAY THEM…………

    They aggressively market and followup to sell the DMAT accounts and then wave-off 1 or 2 years of AMC, but suddenly they want to charge. The account opening is done totally online but they can’t close the account.

    ITS A RIDICULOUS AND MALICIOUS TACTIC THE ARE APPLYING.

    As a result they have lost any opportunity of bringing me back as a customer. I will also not advise my friends and family to stay away!

      We are sorry you felt this way. We would like to know if you are facing any issues. As per the regulatory requirement, the account has to be closed offline. Also, we saw that there are possibilities for closing the account online. We are exploring the best possible option to implement the same.

First year demat AMC is free and from next year onwards it is Rs 300 plus GST per year. Life time AMC is free for trading account. Kindly email us at support@vnsfin.com along with your client details. We shall check the your account details and update you.

    I asked to close my account as I am not active user, still system deducted 354 INR. Why?
