How can I close my account with you?

    I need to close my account.. there are no issues as such but please initiate closure of the same. I don’t want to mail anything or have any problems. Please let me know the process of the same.

    Hello support desk. Please close my account opening procedure which is incomplete with tradesmart. I do not wish to go ahead with the application which is facing error during the process.

      We would be sorry to see you go. We would also like to understand if there is any issue you are facing. Just to let you know, as per SEBI guidelines, account cannot be closed online, you are required to courier us the account closure form to our address mentioned in the above article.

    Hi I want to close my account with trades mart online every time I sent closure form u told me this is not matching that is not matching. If u can close it through video conferencing that will be great.

      Your investments are safe with TradeSmart. You may check your holdings in BOX As per our records, you haven’t submitted the physical copy of Power of Attorney (PoA). Until we’ve received your POA, the stocks/bonds in your demat account will not be visible to you in any of the trading applications. However, it is possible for you to sell your holdings without having to go through the hassle of sending a physical courier. Click here to know more on Electronic Instruction.

    I want to close my Trading and demat account with Tradesmart online. I am facing lot of problems and delays every time I try to transfer funds from my Registered bank account to Trading account. Many times my account is debited but funds not received in trading account. Customer service simply replies that the transaction is FAILED, without assigning any proper reason. Pl let me know the procedure for Closure of my account and transfer of Balance amount in my trading account to my Bank account. I have NIL scrips in my Demat a/c. KM NAIR(YCHK15)
