How To Unblock And Reset Your Account In NEST Trader, Sine And Swing Mobile App? |

Click on Forgot Password to reset your trading account password

Unblock your account from Swing Mobile App

Once the account is blocked, the below screen will be visible automatically to unblock your account.

Sine Mobile app can be used to reset password (Forgot Password), Unblock account and Reset 2FA questions.

Unblock 2FA reset

Kindly note, feature of unblock and reset 2FA questions is available only in Sine mobile app.

Once you click on forgot password, you will see the below screen

Enter your registered email ID, Date of Birth and Pan card number in capital letter

Click on OK

You will receive new password to your registered email ID

Enter your Client code

Click on Forgot Password

After clicking on Forgot password, you will see the below screen

Enter your user ID, Email ID and pan card number in capital letters

Click on submit

You will receive new passwords to your registered email ID.
