In your welcome kit you must have received the Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) booklet. Please send us a filled DIS copy with details of the demat account where you wish to transfer the shares.
In case you have not opted for DIS then request for DIS first. We will generate and courier to your registered address. Then you can send back DIS along with client master of other DP to which share are to be transferred.
If DIS booklet is exhausted then you are required to courier hard copy of DIS request form along with pan card copy for new DIS booklet issue.
I have not received DIS slip and welcome kit since account is opened, please arrange DIS slip for me.

Dividend directly comes to your bank account linked with us. We as a broker do not come to know when is the company going to deposit the dividend to you bank account. This differs from company to company. Kindly contact Hudco RTA (Registrar of Transfer Agency) for more information. You may check contact details of RTA from NSE website > Search for company name in search box > Go to Company information > Company contact details.

To transfer shares from VNS demat account to other demat account, you shall be charged Rs.25 for one scrip for the day. Kindly find our another article on list of charges, in which you would find Inter DP charges.
Its very annoying while I trying to trade on this platform SHIN….neither I have received any kit nor DIS BOOKLET ….I am done with smart trade so kindly send DIS booklet so I can close my account.
