How to place Payout Request from Back-office?

    I place my payout on Friday but still I didn’t get it or it’s not showing in my demate account. Kindly do some needful

      Hello Shila,
      The payout has been processed in your account. You would get the same by today as per the RBI settlement cycle. Kindly check your registered bank account.

      Hello Deepak,
      The settlement of sale proceeds takes place on T+2 trading/clearing days from the Exchange. Hence, the payout request for those funds can be placed only after they have been received from the exchange. Please refer to this link to know more.

    How can I delete my secondary bank icici account which is not in use and payout status for icici bank

      Hello Omprakash,
      Kindly login to BOX back office > Click on My Profile. In the Bank details section, you would find the secondary bank. Click on the three dots button beside the bank name > Select Delete and confirm the request.

    How many days it took to success payout request ,after 3-4 days also it’s showing pending in status

      Hello Vishawjit,
      Your payout was cancelled because you had created the currency possition on same day and hence your money was blocked for currency position. At the end of the day, you did not have the enough balance to process your payout request. Thus, your payout request was cancelled. Kindly place another request.
