On the occasion of Diwali, stock exchanges hold a special symbolic trading session known as Muhurat trading. Inventors have been practicing share market Muhurat trading for centuries. It is an old notion that trading during Muhurat trading will bring a trader or investor wealth and prosperity for the entire year. The majority of traders buy stocks during this session, which takes place largely in the evening.

Following tradition, the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange will have a Muhurat trading session on Diwali in 2021. (November 4). The Muhurat trading session will begin at 6:15 p.m. and terminate at 7:15 p.m along with the pre-open Muhurat session which will take place between 6:00 p.m and 6:08 p.m.

During the Muhurat trading session, investors and brokers buy value-based shares that will benefit them in the long run. Many investors feel that assets obtained on this day should be kept as lucky charms for the rest of their lives. They purchase stock and pass it down to the next generation.
