On Tuesday, Coforge filed an offer letter with the stock exchanges, informing them that its stockholders will sell ADRs in a US IPO.

According to Edelweiss, IRCTC, PI Industries, MindTree, Tata Power, Mphasis, SRF LTD, and Godrej Properties are the companies that could potentially move from the midcap to the large-cap category in the AMFI review. New entries such as Nykaa, PolicyBazaar, and Zomato may also transfer to the large-cap stocks category in the review. AMFI will announce the official list in the 1st week of January 2022.

BOB Financial Solutions, a Bank of Baroda subsidiary, announced on Tuesday that it has teamed with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to introduce BoB credit cards on the RuPay network. The company has formed technical cooperation with Halliburton, located in the US, to increase the reserve base at its offshore assets by tenfold and to explore shale oil and gas in Rajasthan. Cairn, a subsidiary of mining conglomerate Vedanta, is investing $3-4 billion in oil and gas exploration and production throughout its portfolio, which includes the lucrative Rajasthan block, the Bay of Bengal’s Ravva oil and gas development, and the western offshore Cambay fields.

Biocon Biologics and the organization’s United States partner Viatris Inc announced the availability of two interchangeable biosimilar insulin injections in the United States on Tuesday. Insulin Glargine injection, a branded medicine, and Semglee injection, an unbranded drug, have been launched to control high blood sugar in adult and pediatric type 1 diabetes patients and those with type 2 diabetes.
