Mementos, the premium brand of ITC Hotels, has acquired a new property in Jaipur, expanding its foothold in Rajasthan. ITC Hotels manages luxury buildings under this name. The firm signed a new hotel contract in Udaipur, Rajasthan, last week. According to the company, both hotels will cater to the destination wedding category. It is one of the shares to watch out for today.


The CEO of PVR, Gautam Dutta, stated that the multiplex chain operator expects to have “the greatest quarter” in the current fiscal year’s January-March 2022 period, as more states abolish covid-19-related restrictions and a slew of new movie releases planned. The company is also optimistic about audiences returning to theatres, with occupancy numbers steadily returning to pre-pandemic levels around the country.


In a proposed American Depositary Receipts sale in the US, shareholders of the corporation, including its majority owner Baring Private Equity Asia, will sell securities valued up to $750 million. On Tuesday, Coforge filed an offer letter with the stock exchanges, informing them that its stockholders will sell ADRs in a US IPO.


According to Edelweiss, IRCTC, PI Industries, MindTree, Tata Power, Mphasis, SRF LTD, and  Godrej Properties are the companies that could potentially move from the midcap to the large-cap category in the AMFI review. New entries such as Nykaa, PolicyBazaar, and Zomato may also transfer to the large-cap stocks category in the review. AMFI will announce the official list in the 1st week of January 2022.

InterGlobe Aviation 

With air travel in India still recovering from the worst of the covid infections, IndiGo’s promoters are “unlikely” to obtain cash through a share sale to institutional investors, as previously intended, according to CEO Ronojoy Dutta.

Bank of Baroda 

BOB Financial Solutions, a Bank of Baroda subsidiary, announced on Tuesday that it has teamed with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to introduce BoB credit cards on the RuPay network. On the JCB International network, both the Easy and Premier varieties of the BoB credit cards have been launched, and both cards support global acceptance.

Aviation Stocks

The Ministry of Civil Aviation permitted the restoration of food services on all domestic flights on Tuesday, lifting more covid-induced restrictions despite a steady drop in new daily cases. Since the pandemic outbreak, food services have been limited to flights lasting more than two hours. This makes Aviation stocks one of the stocks to watch today.


Another stock to look out for today is The Indian Energy Exchange (IEX). It has set December 6 as the record date for determining whether stockholders are eligible for issuing bonus equity shares. The organization’s board of directors has proposed a 2:1 bonus issuance of equity shares, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.

Dr Reddy’s

Pfizer has struck a voluntary license agreement for Pfizer’s covid-19 oral antiviral drug with the Medicines Patent Pool, an UN-backed public health group. On Monday, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, one of the few Indian drug companies approved to create Merck’s new covid-19 pill, said that it was open to making a Pfizer-developed pill that was deemed to be even more effective.

Cairn Oil & Gas 

The company has formed technical cooperation with Halliburton, located in the US, to increase the reserve base at its offshore assets by tenfold and to explore shale oil and gas in Rajasthan. Cairn, a subsidiary of mining conglomerate Vedanta, is investing $3-4 billion in oil and gas exploration and production throughout its portfolio, which includes the lucrative Rajasthan block, the Bay of Bengal’s Ravva oil and gas development, and the western offshore Cambay fields.


Biocon Biologics and the organization’s United States partner Viatris Inc announced the availability of two interchangeable biosimilar insulin injections in the United States on Tuesday. Insulin Glargine injection, a branded medicine, and Semglee injection, an unbranded drug, have been launched to control high blood sugar in adult and pediatric type 1 diabetes patients and those with type 2 diabetes.
