How box update works in relation to online trading and is it helpful to stock traders?
Hello fellow online trader! We at Trade Smart have been working hard after making BOX your best buddy when it comes to keeping track of your trades and finances with us. So here is a list of updates of the most awesome features of BOX.
1. Payout Request
We have now added the super convenient facility of placing a Payout request right from BOX. This means you can now directly go to the fund transfers tab on the left and request for any amount of funds that you want to withdraw from your trading account.
But do keep in mind that you will only be able to place a single payout request for a particular segment in stock market (equity or commodity) at a time. You can modify the existing request anytime though, till the status is “Pending”. The status of each request can be viewed below on the same page. You can place another request once the first request is in process and it’s status is changed to “Processing”.
However, you can place a simultaneous payout request from your commodity trading account balance and equity trading account balance and they will be processed simultaneously.
In case a request is placed from both BOX and the old Backoffice for the same segment, at same time, only one will be processed.

2. Referring your friends made easy
Trade Smart gives amazing bonuses for referring your friends to trade with us. With BOX, we have made that real easy for you.
– Just head to the Refer a friend tab on the menu and scroll down.
– You should be able to find a section of Social Invites.
– Click on the Invite Gmail Contacts button and login to your Gmail account through the pop-up that opened.
– This will allow you to choose people in your Gmail account list and invite them to Trade Smart right away.
3. Referral Status
You’ll agree when we say that it’s really irritating to wait on someone you referred, to join Trade Smart. It could become a long wait where you have no idea what is happening. We saw this to be a genuine problem so we developed a Referral Status Section inside of the referral tab.
You can now track all your referrals on a single page. No fuss anymore.
We know this should’ve come earlier and we are really sorry it took this long but hey! Better late than never! The dashboard is finally here! You can now have a quick glimpse of your equity and commodity account right when you login. All the relevant information including your free cash, blocked margin money, long option value, pledged value, etc are available right there.

We understand your concern towards payout system. We would also like to inform you that, there is clearing and settlement holiday during all weekends. Though we accept payout from our end it will not get processed further because of clearing holiday. Hence, we do not process the payout requests on weekends. We would suggest you to place your request from Monday to till Friday 7:00am to get funds faster in your bank account.
Poor payout system and extremely poor on Fridays with all sorts of excuses.
We would request you to contact our customer care executive on the day of issue faced so that it will be easier for us to check and update you. We have not faced any issues yesterday. However, we will observe the same today. We will look into it if there is any issue observed.
While trading in the peak trading jours, the mobile app got hanged. Due to that today I had to end up in minus in 3 script. Please look into

Its not intuitive
I am registered user.
Other than My Dashboard, I am not able to see any other pages. Suddenly everything disappeared.
Which report are you referring to and which browser are you using?
We just tried the ledger report and it is getting exported without any issue.
Cannot export reports to PDF.. Please check.
